Loudmouth
Great performances and workshops delivered by Loudmouth to our year 8s and 9s.
It is always great to be provided with these opportunities for students to enrich their knowledge of child exploitation by seeing the scenarios being played out with real life performances. What made this performance even better was the workshops that followed that provided students the opportunity to delve deeper and explore how the characters were groomed using the situations that occur in the performance, in the workshop.
This allowed our students to show empathy towards the characters, a greater understanding not to victim blame, identify the signs of grooming and understand where they can seek support.
Students quotes
“The workshop was helpful as I was able to see a real-life example of an issue that happens quite often in society”
