Each faculty within the school has an SDC Faculty Rep who champions everything in regard to Personal Development. They ensure the SDC subject documents are kept up to date and ensure there are as many opportunities as possible beyond the curriculum for students to be involved in. They are also our careers champions. They meet as a team each term to discuss ways in which their subjects can further embed the SDC both within and outside their curriculum.
